Cost:

Primal Quest Sprint Series Events are $250 per team when registering more than 2 weeks from the event. After that date, including race day, entry fees are $300. Entry Fee Includes: Primal Quest race management and direction.

• Volunteer support from PQ’s first-class volunteer cadre
• Aid stations with medical support and water /electrolyte replacement drinks.
• Accurate and timely posting of results on the Primal Quest Sprint Series website.
• Photo service by some of the country’s top adventure photographers.

• Primal Quest Sprint Series T-Shirt or Race Cap

Note: Event cost and processing fees do not include USARA licensure (see below).
Primal Quest is an official partner and member of the United States Adventure Racing Association (USARA). All competitors in our adventure races will need to purchase a membership license. You may sign up at the event. The cost of a USARA membership is $8 per event or $35 for a one-year license. Copies of the benefits of membership will be available at the race or you can visit the USARA Website.

Refund policy: For pre-registered competitors: 50% of your entry fee will be refunded if the cancelation is made at least two weeks before the original race date (no refunds for rain dates). NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE. Email all requests to info@primalquestsprintseries.com Please allow 2-4 weeks to process requests.

Transfer Policy: Entry fees may be transferred from one race to another race, for a $25 administration fee.

Competitor changes: If a team member is unable to make it to a race that the team has applied for, a substitute member can transfer to the team for a $25 administration fee, if within the two-week period. There is no charge if this change is made before two weeks prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy: Primal Quest reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any race for safety concerns, both natural and security related. Natural concerns may include severe weather (heavy rain, damaging winds, lightning, snow, tornados, hurricanes, flooding, severe heat/cold, and other acts of God). Security concerns may include increased security alerts, acts of terrorism, etc.. When possible, rain dates will be scheduled as a service to racers. No refunds will be provided for cancelled races or to those that cannot attend a rescheduled race.

Cancellation/postponement decisions will be made by 6am on race day. This decision will be posted on http://www.primalquestsprintseries.com and/or a message will be left at 757.404.9393.

Each competitor must sign a liability/image release form during race check-in.

Parental approval is required for participants under age 18. No one under the age of 13 may register for the PQ Sprint Series events.
