Primal Quest Sprint Race #1 - Pocahontas State Park, Virginia - May  10, 2008

In Chesterfield County, about 20 miles from Richmond. From I-95, take Exit 61 and go west on Route 10 to Route 655 which is Beach Road; or take Exit 67, go north on Route 150 to Route 10; go east to Beach Road. The park is four miles on right; or take Route 288 from I-95 to Route 10 East and go one mile to Beach Road. Follow park signs from there.

Drive Time: Northern Virginia, two hours; Richmond, half an hour; Tidewater/Norfolk/Virginia Beach, two hours; Roanoke, three hours

Primal Quest Sprint Race #2 - Moraine State Park, PA - Sept. 6, 2008

Moraine State Park is in northwestern Pennsylvania near the crossroads of I-79 and I-80. It is bisected by PA 422 running east/west and PA Route 528 running north/south. To access the South Shore Recreation Area, take the South Shore Exit off of PA 422. To access the North Shore from PA 422 East, take the North Shore Exit. There is no access to the North Shore from PA 422 headed east from I-79. Take the South Shore Exit, get onto PA 422 West and take the North Shore Exit.
